2009 saw The Rowdies retain their title, but saw The Acad Ledges steal the title from J-Army ladies in the ladies tournaments. There were new winners in the Supplementary Cup competitions with Portslade Ath and Exmouth Town Ladies being crowned victors. Click Here to read the write up.
